IMPWEAR has always been “GREEN”– Sweatshop-free, Seattle-made, Kid-centered, Mom-run. All cutting and sewing is done by 3 moms in their homes. They are paid a living wage. We strive to be a zero-waste company. When you gat a shipment from us, the packaging is minimal, not because we are stingy, but because we don't believe in overusing resources. We've been making kids' favorites and the best hand-me-downs for 20 years!

Shipping and Handling
Please allow up to 5 business days order processing time and 2-4 business days for shipping. Orders are sent US Priority Mail for Monday thru Saturday delivery.

We are a small shop and sometimes need to handmake your order for you. We will make every attempt to ship by the next day, but cannot guarantee it. Please contact us if it is an emergency, and we may be able to suggest an alternative that is in stock.

Shipping inside United States (Any State)
For orders totaling $1 - $99 shipping is $7.
For orders $100+ shipping is Free
Exception: An order of 1-4 hats shipping is only $3.

If you require Express or Next Day shipping please call or email and we will calculate cost and ETA for you before shipping.

International Customers
Please contact us prior to make an order. We will confirm you the shipping rate via email.

Tax
So far we only charge tax on items shipped to a Washington state address 9.5%. The rest of you are off the hook for now!

Our Guarantee
We know you will love your IMPWEAR! If you're not satisfied with any item, return it unused at any time for an exchange. Items must be in their original condition including unwashed, unworn, and with original tags. Sale items cannot be returned.

Returns & Exchanges
Unwanted merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Credit cards will be credited back to the original account only, and checks will be refunded with a mailed check. Items must be in their original condition including unwashed, unworn, and with original tags. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges In Person: Items can be exchanged at Boston Street Children's Store in Seattle with original receipt for other IMPWEAR items only.

Exchanges by Mail: Please mail your item back to:

Enclose a note with desired exchange, and we will ship your new item as soon as possible. Reimbursement on shipping costs will only apply if the return is a result of our error.
